Holy Crap, I just have so many un-answered questions! What a great blurb! Have to agree w/ Dr.J, it is a complete 180 from abstinence...
Love this blog, I have to say being an Anusara yogi for a long time and just now kind of getting off of that path, the yuppie poster with John Friend on it at the top is a little bit hilarious to me.
