It was a very good couple of days in DC if you dig jazz...

First up at the Bohemian Caverns, Jimmy Cobb's birthday bash gig with pianist George Cabels, Tenor saxophonist Javon Jackson and bassist John Webber.

And if that wasn't awesome in itself, Bradford Marsalis and Joey Calderazzo showed up in a duo at a local community college. Paul Carr also sat in for the last piece...jazz doesn't get any better then this!
